Lodge

Our Claims Advisors will take your call, or call you back if you lodge online or via the app, to get all the crucial details to get your claim underway. They’ll finalise the lodgement before organising for the assessment to take place.

Assess

Depending on the type of claim you’re making, one of our dedicated Claims Assessors will be allocated to your case, or you’ll be directed to one of our member service providers. A thorough inspection of the damage to your property or business will then be undertaken, with your Youi Claims Advisor managing the process and communications.

Action

Once the assessment is done and the scope of work finalised, our Claims Crew will make a decision on your claim. If all approved, repairs or organising replacements can commence, closely overseen by your Claims Advisor and/or Assessor.

Track

As the claim continues, our Claims Advisors and Assessors will stay on top of things from our end, providing you with regular updates. You can also see how things are progressing at anytime, by logging in and using our online Claims Tracker tool.

Resolve

When repairs or replacements are all complete, our Claims Advisors or Assessors will be in touch with you to let you know what steps have been taken and that your claim has been resolved.
